By accessing and using Shadow of Mithila, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our platform immediately.
2. Membership & Billing
Subscriptions to our Reader or Writer memberships are billed periodically as per the plan selected (monthly or yearly). Transactions are securely processed manually via UPI payments, subject to administrator verification of payment transaction proofs. Subscriptions grant access to exclusive premium essays, poems, and issues of the SHABD e-Magazine.
3. Account Conduct & Safety
Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials. Any malicious attempts to bypass our paywall system, copy publication contents, or inject unauthorized scripts will result in immediate suspension of your membership credentials.
4. Changes to Agreement
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
