1. Originality & Ownership
By submitting articles, poems, or stories to Shadow of Mithila, you warrant that the content is entirely your original work, contains no plagiarism, and does not infringe upon any third-party copyrights.
2. Grant of License
You retain full copyright ownership of your work. However, you grant Shadow of Mithila a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to publish, display, distribute, and promote your submitted work across our website, newsletters, and social channels.
3. Consent Requirement
All submissions require a positive checkbox consent confirmation in the submission panel. Without this consent, drafts will not proceed to the moderation queue.
4. Withdrawal & Archiving
Writers may request content withdrawal or archiving by contacting the editorial board, provided they present a valid reason for the removal. To protect the integrity and continuity of the platform's library, withdrawal requests will generally be considered for a maximum of two (2) published pieces. Requests involving large-scale removal of multiple articles or the complete deletion of a writer's history may be declined.
