1. Digital Access Conversions
Due to the digital nature of our publications, including the SHABD e-Magazine and premium locked journals, memberships (both monthly and yearly plans) and single magazine purchases (₹99 per issue) are generally non-refundable once content access is granted.
2. Transaction Overcharges
In cases of double-billing or technical payment errors verified with your bank statement and our UPI transaction records, a full refund of the duplicate transaction amount will be manually processed within 5–7 business days to your origin bank account.
3. Cancellation
Since memberships are processed manually via UPI payments, subscriptions do not auto-renew. You can request to terminate your active membership tier at any time by contacting our team at hello@shadowofmithila.com. Access will remain active until the end of your current prepaid billing cycle.
